Shipping & Returns

We currently ship to the following US territories:

    • Federated States of Micronesia

In-stock items typically ship from our studio within one to two business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays determined by carriers. Please allow up to three weeks for custom orders, special order tulle fabric and hand-made items such as wedding favors and accessories. We do not currently ship internationally. Sorry for the inconvenience.


We primarily use the United States Postal System (USPS) Priority Mail and Express Mail services for the majority of our shipping within the USA. Typical transit time for Priority Mail is 2-5 business days within the continental US, excluding holidays. This time is an estimate and is not guaranteed, especially around the December holiday season. We will use the United Parcel Service (UPS) for very large or drop-shipped orders (e.g., special order tulle, wedding favors, etc.). Time in transit is typically less than 6 business days, excluding holidays and weekends. Please order well in advance of your event date to avoid late arrivals.


Shipping costs start at US$8.95 and depend on the items ordered and their weights. A shipping fee will be given to you before you finalize your purchase. Tracking number(s) and transit progress are sent to your email address. A 10.1% sales tax (Redmond, WA rate) is added to all orders from Washington State. Shipping fees may be reduced on orders less than $10 or on orders that meet smaller flat-rate requirements.

If one or more items from your order are out-of-stock and it will take longer than five days to acquire them, we will notify you by email and/or phone. Orders requiring more than one shipment due to a lengthy back order will only be charged the initial shipping fee. If you prefer express shipping, please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request!


On the rare occasion that a package is lost in transit by our carriers, we reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the inquiry or trace date to determine if the package is actually lost. We will not hold the purchaser's funds any longer than possible, however, we need to follow proper postal procedures to determine if the package was signed by another person, stolen, lost or sent to another address.

We will refund the entire purchase price unless proof of delivery can be obtained (i.e., the package shows delivery confirmation and/or was signed for.) Money for lost packages will not be refunded unless the above procedure is followed.


Please note that some products are not eligible for return. All sales are final on the following items:

    • Jewelry
    • LED, Fiber-Optic & Submersible Lights
    • Clearance & Overstock Items
    • Custom-made & special-order items (e.g., clothing/hand muffs, ring pillows, handmade hair accessories and floral arrangements).
    • Partial favor orders

Items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received to be eligible for a refund. Opened, used, missing or damaged merchandise will not be credited. Unfortunately, we do not reimburse return shipping fees.If you would like to return an item, please follow these simple steps:

    1. Contact us within 10 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization(RA) number.
    2. For your security, please return your item with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS) and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Once your return is authorized and received at our facility we will refund your payment less any initial shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee. We must receive the return within 15 days from the day the return authorization was issued. We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
