We hope you are staying healthy and creative and want you to know that our hearts go out to all of you that have been affected during these turbulent times. We are currently open and will remain open as long as our local government allows us to and while USPS is still continuing with package pickups. We have not experienced any illness within our warehouse and we have designated one person to fulfill orders and answer your questions.
We are shipping all in-stock orders within 48 hours, however, due to the crisis, USPS has suspended delivery guarantees at this time. Packages can take up to a week or longer to reach our customers in some cases but we are finding this to be rare. Each of our shipments is sent with tracking so you can monitor its progress.
Currently, we do have a few stock shortages in our favors, place cards and table number categories. You may contact us before or after placing your order we will contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled for a period of time. Either way, you will be notified of your order status and given the option to cancel for a full refund before shipping.
LOCAL PICKUPS BY APPOINTMENT ONLY
We are currently accommodating local pickups. Orders may be placed online and then a time arranged with you to do a no-contact pickup at our Redmond, WA facility. Note: If you decide on local pick up, the order cannot be modified or changed at the pick up time.
